launchretrogirl2562's post in Update MAME every month - just noticed that "additional apps" records are duplicating was marked as the answer
i always take my arcade.xml out of the data folder (also as a backup)
so i always start from scratch.
so move arcade.xml from [drive]:\Launchbox\Data\Platforms
do a full import.
uncheck all images downloads. and perform a full import.
takes 5 minutes.

launchretrogirl2562's post in What is the current procedure for setting icons for custom playlists? was marked as the answer
Not 100% sure sure. But I think i have this legacy directory cause I always was using my own LB and BB theme with it's own icons.
So the developers going from version 3.20 to later versions made 2 directories, one for the icons they use out of the box, and one for the custom icons.
Must be something like that.
Cause I always have 2 directories in the mediapacks directory (legacy and nostalgic)

The K-Lite Codec Pack is a collection of codecs and tools that enable Windows computers to play a wide variety of audio and video file formats. It's designed to provide a user-friendly way to ensure your system can handle virtually any media file you encounter.
From the screenshot, u can see that VLC natively can play webm files, but if windows media player cannot...then you are missing the necessary codecs for it.
Normally, when u update Launchbox, it will ask u if u want to install the K-Lite codec pack.

I think you need to apply the 'Big Details' theme in theme manager.
