hey guys, I am a noob to demul shooter. I am trying to get it working properly, first with sega model 2 emulation. I was trying to get it going with house of the dead last night, I had no luck. If I left the raw input = 0 in model 2 I could get the gun ( aimtrak ) to track , however when pulling the trigger it would only reload. If I pressed " z " on the keyboard it would fire. how can I fix this ? Also If i put model2 raw input = 1 , which from what I read is what I need to do for both guns to work, the gun would not track at all. any help is greatly appreciated . Thanks.

I got a couple games running in tekno parrot , Mario kart and Daytona . The run fine , buttons are mapped fine . However when I launch the games from launchbox they launch but the button mapping has changed and I can’t start the game .

Hey guys , I’m starting to add note emulators for different systems . I’m trying to get the PlayStation 2 emulator , pcsx2 working . Every time I try to play an ISO it give me this error : CDVD plugin failed to open. Your computer may have insufficient resources, or incompatible hardware/drivers.

Darth I currently have my arcade , I have shooting games with the ultimarc guns. I have been wanting to add a marquee screen as well, but I was reading other people having problems with guns and marquee screens. have you had any luck solving this ?

I just tried selecting the 2 games I’m trying to get working . I used the import rom option to bring them into launchbox

Yeah in Mame 0171 everything works. Both guns work perfectly . I got Mameui64 to work but it only registers gun 1 . I can get launchbox to launch games using Mameui64. But I can’t get launchbox to launch games using Mame 0171

The Mame.ini file is in the same folder as the Mame .exe

I have the emulator entry in launch box pointed to the Mame .0171 .exe . When I launch game in launch box I get a quick black screen like a command prompt screen that’s says error ..... something ..... can’t read it because it goes away really fast . And that’s it , no game launches .

hey guys , Im new to launch box. I love the system though. I had everything working great. Then I got the idea to add light guns to my arcade cab. Im using the Aim Trac guns . When i first plugged them in , i had no issues setting them up with windows and using the ultrimarc software. Once I started MAME and Launchbox they wouldn't work. I messed with some setting and finally got one gun to work, but not the 2nd. I did a lot of researching and found this post : http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=150393.0 and they got it working using MAME 0171 . So i did everything they said and successfully got both guns working in MAME 0171. Now with Launchbox i was using MAME UI 64 , and i cant seem to use that with MAME 0171. and I cant figure out how to get Launchbox to use MAME 0171 as an emulator . Can anyone guide me and help me out ? Thanks.
