Well what do I do about all of those .bin files?

I have my all my games copied. I do this for backup purposes.

I import only the .cue files of my ps1 games, but they wont play.

What about miltitrack bin files? For example, I have Tetris Plus, which has over 40 bin files. What do I do with them?
