    @Headrush69 Thanks for that. I am not sure why, but even reading tutorials I cannot track with how to do that exactly. Can you point me to something that might help?

    If I transfer the external hd back over to my laptop arcade games work. When I plug it in to my desktop all systems work except for arcade/Mame games. They won’t open in Launchbox or Retroarch. Strange. Same settings because everything is launching from the external hd. Any fixes that you know? What am I missing?

    I’m new to this and am having some issues. I have everything for playing game on an external hard drive. It worked in my laptop, but everything ran slow. I moved it over to my pc and now everything works except for Mame/Arcade games. They will initialize but then go back to the main launch box/big box screen. Games will not load in Retroarch either. Any help would be amazing.

    @DOS76 Can you walk me through how to do that? I know there are some posts on here about it, but I can't figure out how to make that change.

    To be clear, everything seems to work fine on the original pc I was playing on, even when using the external HD. When I plug the external HD into a different computer, this is when I run into the issue. Thanks for the help!

    Arcade games (mame) are not working. Super Nintendo, Sega, etc. are all working fine through Launchbox. Sorry if I made a mistake in what I wrote.

    I was using launchbox on a desktop and everything works great, but when I copy everything over to an external hd I have issues. All of the game systems work except for the mame games. When I try to open a game via Arcade they initialize but don't open. If I try to open the mame outside of launchbox they do not open there either. I am using Microsoft 10 and have researched without a fix. Any thoughts?
