  1. @Jason Carr got some time to try again. Downloaded an update today. Success!!! I’m able to import from my phone to the app. Thanks for all the help.

  3. I’m having the same issue as before.
  4. Android 7 on the honor 8 it’s an unlocked phone. I’ve been trying to update to android 8 After it was brought up as maybe being an issue. But I’m not having much luck. Getting an update.
  5. I’m using internal storage for the app and roms.
  6. I’ll check when I get back for a more exact response. But approximately 60 secs. I’m happy to help I bought the app today and the premium Forever licenses or pc. So I’d like to see it up and running.
  7. After I click import it has a loading circle and then crashes.
  8. Mine app has the same issue. I’m using an honor 8
