I'm having this issue with 13.8. Pretty much default settings. My mouse wheel is super glitchy. It's smooth and perfect in every other app. Any ideas?

Guys, this solution doesn't seem to work for me. As soon as I hit Scan for new roms (system wide), it picks up all of the bins in my Saturn folder and makes a bunch of dupes. There has to be a better way to do this. Just because we have Saturn or PS1 shouldn't mean we can never use the scan for roms function.

I'm having this problem too and the duplicates tick doesn't help. In my case, I'm only missing like 1-4% of any system, but it doesn't make sense because I don't have any clones or multi-regions (1G1R). I'm validating all roms with the latest No-Intros. I can't even tell which ones are missing because for example, it'll see 588 of 595 roms. Retroarch sees them all and so do RomCenter and others. Launchbox is the only one with this issue.
