Solved. i was at 2560x1440, changed to 1920x1080 and it works. Sorry...

Sorry. This is what i get after installing from bigbox installer. Maybe the video background from the previous theme. If i press "esc" appears somthing.. 20200415_173752.mp4

after download and set by default into bigbox nothing works, i only get the background video.....
