Alright, any way you can help walk me through this. I posted this question but I can't seem to get any help yet. Bought the license and have everything set up good in launchbox but as soon as I go to big box and choose to see playlist in the list on the left hand side the screen shows the big box blue cube for a sec on the right and then just shows only a black screen with the date and time at top. If I hit directions or enter I'll hear a noise but nothing is showing up. I've already downloaded the videos, checked the folder and they're there and I've generated all of the playlists successfully. Can't figure out what setting I'm missing though, please help!

Hey there, everything is going pretty well with big box except Playlists. Whenever I go into the Playlist menu within Big Box it's just a black screen with no visuals. I've created the Playlist in launchbox (cps3, capcom, Konami, etc.) and they're not showing. I've seen the videos with them showing the scroll wheel and I've downloaded the videos in launchbox which are working for the system selection screen but no luck here. I've also created the child menu Playlists. Thanks for any help!

Hey there, first post here and hopefully it's an easy one. Just bought license and have Big Box up and running. I have Launchbox fully set up and all of the games have cover art and are running great. Now with Big Box I have a couple of questions. First, regardless of theme I've tried my system selection screens with the scroll wheel for example are just completely black, other than the wheel itself and system info like description and year. Now I don't have emumovies paid version yet so I wondered if that's the reason why or do I need to find my own images for each system to display? I'm hoping it's just an emumovies issue but maybe not since it's not even showing still pictures. Second question was about Playlist. I've created child play lists for each system in launchbox but when I go to playlist in big box it's empty. I'd love to have the capcom cps playlists as well as company that makes the game, etc. Thanks for any help you can provide, hopefully it's something easy I'm missing. Edit:To add to this, the default theme criticalzone shows pictures for everything, it's just the downloaded themes
