Good evening i have followed the mentioned procedure but still getting the error message. I restarted the computer, still nothing. I don’t even see now the big box shortcut icon. Can anyone help?

Good evening to all I have setup everything in a hard drive, but somehow launchbox and big box cant open. I click on the file, it shows its loading but then nothing.. I see there is an “update” folder with old and new versions of launchbox.if I try to load one of them ,will I loose al the setup/settings I have done so far?

Good afternoon . My buttons are working on LaunchBox when I map them, but not on bigbox. any help pls?
