Thank you so much Neil. I had indeed the Nahimic service running. Stopping it solved the problem. No way I could've linked this behaviour to an audio service. Sorry I opened a duplicated thread, but I swear I couldn't find any info on Google before posting. Thank you again.

Hi everyone, whenever I navigate/use the Options dialog, it gets "glitchy" eventually, as shown in the picture. No idea why. Hovering on elements with cursor makes them appear/disappear. Anyone else having this issue? Thank you very much.
