Hi all, all of a sudden whenever I play games through bigbox, the emulator will close and take me back to big box on one press of button two on either of my wired Xbox 350 controllers. This does not happen if I launch a game through launchbox, nor do the emulators close like this if I play them directly from the emulator, so the issue is narrowed down to bigbox, and it’s all emulators that do it. Iv gone back to the oldest back up and it makes no difference. I also am unable to remap any of the bindings on bigbox now either. anyone able to help? Iv searched and can’t find anything on this. thanks

I’m having the issue with LaunchBox/bigbix not loading the game, but just opening the redream menu. Iv tried everything Iv found online but no joy. any ideas? thanks

I have two wired Xbox 360 controllers, and two USB arcade button boards connected. I haven’t tried physically disconnecting them all. I’ll try that next time though and report back. Thanks.

I have this problem but intermittently to add another variable. After several restarts it goes back to being OK. When it’s playing up Iv tried deselecting all the controllers and it still does it. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Yeah that would be quite slick on the boot up of BigBox. That feature could then double up as a way of tailoring the user experience by being able to set specific games per user on preference grounds not just age rating.

Another two years in, any progress on this? Depressing how forums immediately turn into arguing why a feature/question are valid or not, but here we are. surely it can’t be that hard to add a simple password lock for games that parents deem necessary?
