Hi, this is my first post although have had launchbox for a couple of years. I had to reinstall as windows 10 went bad and when I lost my arcade cabinet controller drivers. I have now got then back working , however I think I changed the mapping on big box but deleted some of the big box controller mapping so now I can't make any changes on the settings so basically I can't move up and down on the big box screen with the controller or keyboard. I tried deleting the settings file in the big Bix folder but still no good. The controller work fine if I enter via launchbox but I just can't use bigbox Can you assist please Mark
