Sorry for my English, it's not my first language. Maybe this app I made in AutoHotkey could be useful for you... I'm not a professional developer; I made it for personal use and for a Facebook CRT TV community where that app is helpful for users of PC-based Arcade machines running Windows, where there is usually no access to the OS interface or control panel. Having hotkeys assigned to the cabinet buttons is very handy for pairing and unpairing Bluetooth controllers. Note: The app must be placed in the same folder as BluetoothDevicePairing.exe.
