Hey buddy, once I launch into a game, I can use a and b buttons but controller d pad won’t move my character and the c button won’t work.

Hi, I have an 8BITDO M30; Launchbox recognizes and acknowledges the controller but the directional pad won't work. Any suggestions? Thanks.
