Sorry, I should have given an update. Gracik's solution worked for me (swapping from integrated to nvidia graphics in nvidia control panel). Everything showed up clean after that. Thanks, gracik!

Fixed it! Apparently it was routing through my integrated graphics rather than Nvidia. I set it to use dedicated GPU in Nvidia control panel under 3D Settings> Program Settings and now everything displays properly.

For every theme, the console and game selection wheels show choppy clear logos with most of the center invisible and the rest of the selections on the wheel missing entirely. I've checked the clear logo files in Launchbox and they all open and look fine. I've refreshed the image cache in BigBox and it hasn't made any difference. Any help is appreciated!
