Hello I have same problem

I tried to reinstall it a few times in different locations but nothing solved that issue

hello to all, i gave a try at 13.2 and with bigbox im getting black screen, launchbox works good. i hear boot sound message when launching bigbox but screen is black and no input work, have to kill the process in task manager. is there a fix for this issue im having? error log : Method not found: 'Boolean Unbroken.LaunchBox.Windows.Data.BigBoxSettings.get_Boolean_1()'.
