The problem is now two months old... is there a solution coming? Please give us a status update, want to play my game pass games over BB..

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem with the correct name not being adopted in the metadata: My games, here in the example Dreamcast, do not import images and graphics from the database because, for some reason, Launchbox fails to correctly assign the names to the database entry. Everything works fine with storefronts, but not with my own imports, even those with easily recognizable names. I've tried it with five or six systems, including using Tools -> Update Metadata for Selected Games, but nothing works. If I click Edit Metadata, I can click "Search for Metadata" to the right of the name, and it immediately finds the correct game in the database (see screenshot). Then I can manually download the images. But doing everything manually for so many games defeats the purpose. I bought LB/BB to make things easier, but unfortunately, it's unusable this way. I also can't find anyone else with this problem when the games are titled correctly. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks for your help thefriday
