Report.werHere's the WER file. I'm afraid I don't have the LaunchBox debug log, but I've turned on logging now in case it happens again.

I am also experiencing random crashes while BigBox is playing video in Attract Mode. Sometimes it runs for hours, sometimes only a few minutes. I'm attaching screenshots of the event logs. Please let me know what other information you need--I am a brand-new customer and I am REALLY enjoying using LaunchBox+BigBox. I'm happy to do whatever I can to help y'all out! --Dave
