I still feel like Linux is excellent for gaming. I switched to Nobara back in April of this year and have not looked back. I have always fiddled around with various distros such as Manjaro, Ubuntu, Elementary, Zorin, all just trying to find a niche and while this is commercial software I do hope it can at least have some themes for it and gaming distros. I think I bought mine in 2017..? Honestly I cannot remember it has been so long. I loved LaunchBox, but it was always a resource hog on my potato pcs (I have a 6060 Laptop with a Intel Core Ultra 7 255HX and 32GB of RAM my pcs just kept running of RAM due to Windows being well... Windows) I feel like this is a way for server to really be built in the best way possible as Windows is such a hog with a ton of bloat and unnecessary features Linux machines are more efficient now. (Since switching my laptop also stays on way longer than the Windows rated battery life due to poor power management, but I did have to search for the AWCC Github repositories for necessary drivers to control fans and prevent the battery from being drained all at once).
