  1. Oops! So sorry, I'll go down that avenue. Thank you so much for your prompt reply!
  2. I understand that this is for discussion of existing features, however I could not find a conduit to provide suggestions on additional functionality within Launchbox. I apologise in advance for this. The ability to set box art spacing at a platform level instead of across all platforms Be able to set the curvature of the edges of box art at platform level Ensure that on multi monitor setups, Launchbox upon game closing, performs a check to ensure it appears again on the monitor the user placed launchbox on before the game began Ensure that Launchbox remembers which screen the user had it last opened on when being opened again in the future and appear on that screen instead of the primary display by default A built in gamepad remapper. Launchbox can create a virtual controller as seen in windows which acts as a proxy allowing the user to map within the Launchbox GUI keyboard buttons as well as the option to map analogue inputs such as sticks to act as mouse input. This would use “profiles” created on a per game basis or per platform basis based on user preference. If the user creates a platform profile but then wishes for some games on that platform to use a different profile, then the game level profile takes precedence over the platform level profile. A good example of this functionality would be Pinnacle game profiler or Steam’s integrated controller remapper functionality. Emulators when launched will then see this virtual gamepad device and accept the inputs that are overridden as what the proxy device offers such as space bar press via xbox button A and if the user didn’t map anything to eg. button B or Y .. these buttons when pressed are picked up as xinput B and Y respectively. Retroarch does a really good job of this kind of functionality, however those certain systems emulated best externally from Libretro libraries, this would be a must to help create a click and play experience once each game is configured in Launchbox The option to choose an overlay for box art. For example, a PNG alpha transparent able jewel case style case image for a Playstation game box art. Launchbox could ship with these included and provide the user with the option to use these or their own preferred provided PNG image, which simply then overlays each box art for the platform. This would be platform level specific to allow the user to have unique overlays per platform if they so wish A CUE sheet validator. This would be an option the user can use when providing a ROM path to a CUE sheet for a disc image. It will read the cue sheet and ensure that the ISO / BIN entry is correct and all files including any audio files are validated as existing aside the cue sheet as they should be A new badge which identifies for each game based on user input when setting the game up what input the game is configured for. In this case, Keyboard, Keyboard and mouse, mouse, light gun, Wiimote, Wiimote and Nunchuk, Gamepad, Joystick, steering wheel, flight stick or arcade stick. A new badge which provides the user the number of players the game supports, also if it is co-op or turn based, based on the user input when setting each game up Provide the user the ability to set provided WAV/MP3/OGG/FLAC audio file to play when they change focus onto a game, another sound for choosing the game and a final sound of their choice when a game is closed and Launchbox is returned to focus
