not sure why but this worked for me, I know the other way should also have worked. param for core specific, default config file --libretro cores/picodrive_libretro.dll param for config spacific --config mupen64plus_libretro.cfg

This used to work great but I upgraded to retroarch 1.2.2 and its no longer working. is anyone able to launch from a config file with 1.2.2?
