Ok launchbox works ok, it just bigbox that errors. Calibri Bold is installed. I have not changed themes or any font setting yet. Gonna try to edit Launchbox.xml and find calibri. EDIT: No calibri found in Launchbox.xml... I found calibri bold in the Default theme of BigBox... should I have to reinstal Calibri :/ What else can I try?

BETA REPORT :P : After updating to the beta I found that edit a game for a certain platform will create all the new folders inside LB\images folder. A few images that before update resides inside Fanart/snap or Fanart/Title will end up in the new Fanart - Background folder, but most of the will be keep in Fanart - Background/snap and Fanart - Background/titile. Similar thing happens with the Screenshot > Screenshot - Gameplay transition, files in subfolders are moved parcially sometimes. Don't know wich will be the expected behabiour but I found this extrange. After moving manually various files, all is in is place.

So as I undertand there is no way to import any kind of data automatically from a file in launch is right? I spend hour last night trying to get the data from some of my Hyperspin databases for a special system I have that is just Doom mods... And the mods are not in the LBGDB obviously. Made an Autoit script... Read all the data but finally have so many problems trying to update the values in launchbox.xml that I give up at 2 am :/ . The update function works for the title but not for the rest of data... Can't for the light of my eyes found why. So I desided to try doing the same in .net hope I can make it work. EDIT: never mind make the autoit work, is a real messi code and is not efficient but works :) if someone wanths to import Hyperspin metadata to your launcbox collection let me know.

Jason Carr said Okay, beta is out. This one would be good to test with new installations, existing installations, and everything in between. Again, please do backup your LaunchBox folder before updating to this beta. I've spent a few hours testing now but it's impossible for me to predict every scenario. :) If there's any confusion, this new beta reorganizes images into the many different types of images on the LaunchBox Games Database. Next we will add options in LaunchBox and Big Box to choose which types of images (and the priorities) to be used in the various parts of the interface. For example, switching between 3D boxes and flat boxes will be a simple option change. :) Great thanks, will backup the wole folder, I have been using my 3d boxes as front images, but with this changes I can store 3d boxes where they belong :D super happy man, hope count with the money to use BB soon ;)

Bleasby was waiting on me to add a few things before putting the plugin out. I should have a new beta out before the end of the day that adds all the new image types from the LaunchBox Games Database to LaunchBox itself. It also renames some image folders in the process so fair warning that if you're concerned about that, you may want to back up your LaunchBox folder and/or your images folders. Beta should be out soon. :) Great i gonna activate beta updates... Also i should backup the xml file. We gonna need to manual y move images or LB gonna take care of that?

Testing from work :P ... I manage to get the plugin to work after some modifications... a little problem with getting the correct relative path to the game to get the right section of the xml. After that little fix is working for me... at least I got the Year in the Fade screen. Gonna test more tonight... is bleasby working on this in private? I should contact him in RL forums or just post this modification here?

Hi, this is my first post here... I'm a HyperSpin user and have been testing launchbox... very nice so far. I was wondering if there is a way to import a number of images wich names perfectly match the rom names... so i can use all of those images as for example... The Front Cover of all games on a Plataform. If this feature don't exists... then I will like to know where/how Launchbox store the reference to every game images. I'm a programer so I can make some little app to make this import possible. This will be a perfect feature for all people switching from hyperspin to launchbox... as we can use all our hard worked media and roms directly in launchbox.
