oh but when i go to set up the mame emulator it wont allow me to proceed without putting something in the associated platforms grid

/ you have to put MAME into the roms folder? oh ya is there another way to take a screenshot other than prnt screen

lol still nothing,,, i did a fresh import and set it up under MAME...when i right click on the game in LB and select open in MAME it opens with no problems

idk what im doing wrong i guess im just gona have to try again fresh...when i set it up for mame in LB it starts to load then it self closes

ive tried it that way too lol the only thing i can think of is these roms are set up for MAME32 and havent been updated, so i wonder if theres a MAME32 core .dll file thats not available in the RA online updater

no nothings checked...idk i guess i could play them outside of LB for now, its not really that big of a deal i suppose

ya its identical to what you have there and still nothing...i have them working with MAME32 and they will run outside of launchbox, but when i try and run them thru LB it doesnt.

k got bios and everything into the folder and ive tried running it with fbalpha_libretro.dll, mame_libretro.dll, fbalpha2012_neoGeo_libretro.dll and still not working

my roms are zipped too so when i go to import roms from LB will it show?

lol you need that huh? no i dont, after i download it what do i do with it? unzip it into rom folder?

ive tried everything, every core in retroarch, fbalpha and MAME, every neoqeo emulator...im at a loss

ya it was the core file, had to dowload a specific one and plug it in, issue resoved, thanks everyone! -
Retroarch will not play SNES games in launchbox for some reason, when i play a game in retro-arch as a stand alone it works fine. any ideas? ps. im using the snes9x_2010-libreto.dll core

Any chance i can get a discount on a premium key from an admin? Im a full time student who is also a single dad, so not much money to spend. i want to buy it so i can add the Big Box to Kodi so my kid can play it without getting into my computer and messing shit up, but the semester just started and the cost of books is a nightmare. Anyway i understand if you cant but it never hurts to ask right?
