@C-Beats Thank you! That did the trick. I didn't realize that the URL prefix would also change if I customized it in Steam.

My profile doesn't exist with the /id prefix (https://steamcommunity.com/id/examplename), mine starts with /profiles/ (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/examplename) and I can't change the prefix in Launchbox.
