  1. Recently rescanned my games folders on LaunchBox Android and I've now got loads of files I don't want to see in my collection (mp3s, wavs etc). Would be great to filter out unmatched files from the games list. Not sure why it's bothering with these extensions to be honest. Any way to do this or is something in the pipeline? Thanks!
  2. Sorry, there's an easier way. Long press on the system and select delete. I just discovered this now. Make sure not to say NO to the delete games files dialog.
  3. You can delete the XML file for the Arcade platform from the LaunchBox/Data/Platform folder.
  4. Hi Jason, I'm using the Export to Android process as I'm ultimately wanting videos linked to my games. As I said before, this results in XMLs that point to the wrong games folders. I am then scanning for games on Android LB to get the correct paths for my games, but this is resulting in duplicates. Do you follow?
  5. I tried re-scanning the HDD for games hoping that they would be combined (I've checked that option in the import screen) however I'm only getting duplicates. Can't we scan for missing ROM files and remove the application references to them?
  6. Thanks Jason, I am only talking about the ROM/CUEs etc (I find it easier just to download the media in the Android App to be honest). To give you a bit more detail, I actually don't copy the games files at all as I use the same HDD for Android and Windows LaunchBox. I just need the XML files to point to the to games files that aren't in root platform folders (eg. /Games/Platform/Game_Name/Game.bin). I imagine this could be done by comparing by comparing the Android platform XMLs with the Windows XMLs in Excel or something like that, this I want to avoid. Are you suggesting there is a way to do this without getting fiddling? Thanks!
  7. I want to maintain my games folder structures when exporting to Android. Presently, the Export to Android feature places all files in their respective system folder. This would break many of my games (cue files dependant on bin and track files etc) as I use subdirectories for games on some systems and some are mixed. I just want to maintain the existing structure. Is there any workaround to export without losing the existing structure? Thanks!
  8. Is it at all possible to export LaunchBox to Android without copying the Game Files? (i.e.. Platform XMLs only) I already have all my systems setup on LaunchBox Android but there appears to no way to scrape for videos locally on Android. I'm ideally looking to export the system XMLs only, as they point each game to the correct video. The only workaround I found was to use Robocopy to copy my games folders structure / dummy files, delete the games folder after the export and edit the XML files to use the existing games directory. This is time-consuming and still doesn't take into account the original folder structure I use for my games. I suppose a re-scrape will point them to the correct paths. Would be great if there was an easier way to do this. Let me know if you guys have any easier workarounds or if I missed something. Thanks in advance!
