I'm having this exact same issue (21:9 desktop, 16:9 streaming). Any movement on this or any work around?

Have an issue where when a game is multiplatform, launchbox will download the media for all platforms into the title. Then it'll choose it's display boxart seemingly at random. This is happening for games across all platforms. Seen in the screenshot, I've selected the Sega CD platform but I'm seeing box art for a super nintendo and gameboy versions of the game. I'm using all the default import setting when importing roms. Also, I know I can manually correct by removing the extra images but it's a bit of a pain.
