I've downloaded a massive flashgame library which i'm not sure if i want to add, as it has roughly 300-350k games in it.
Sent you a DM where to find this. Any help would be appreciated.

That's great. Thanks. I am still about 1,800 games short of a complete import. I have acquired a list of games directly from Steam but it will take some time to get them into the database. A scraper for Steam would be awesome or a direct one time transfer from Steam directly to the database of all games. With updates every 3 or 6 months.
Yeah, I know what you mean. Some of my games are a bit... uh... questionable, too.

I think the same could be said about consoles and home computers. There is trash on every system. Nevertheless, I know what you mean.
For the sake of completion, I would rather see a lot of asset flips in the database than losing some quirky and creative games in the process. Asset flipping has become part of our gaming culture. For indie developers as well as AAA-developers.

I know as much but I hoped that there would be something I had overlooked. More than 4,000 of my Steam games are not in the Launchbox database. I will try my best to ad them by hand and add them to the database.

I am integrating my Steam games into LaunchBox and was wondering why LaunchBox would not scrape the descriptions, publishers, developers, screenshots, etc. directly from Steam.
Is there a scrapper of some sort that I am missing out on? If not, would that be something that could be done in the future?
Cheers

Didn't know that those were bluetooth, that's easy then (at least as long as they sell them, 10 years from now, not so much).
But i'm wondering, i got an Oculus Rift, could maybe the Touch Controllers and the Sensors do the same job in some Wii Emulator?
I'm just thinking 10, 20, 30 years down the line the original hardware won't be around so alternate input methods should be supported, the VR headsets are pretty mainstream already and basically do that same job as far as motion controls go. It might need some hacky driver stuff but that should be possible at least. It should be possible in theory. Maybe there is a thread or tutorial about this somewhere. Will try to find something tomorrow. Then again you could try a JoyCon which should work almost the same way, without the need for the sensor bar. Could be interesting if the developers of Dolphin are working on this.

and the Wii with its motion controllers, how would you even go about emulating that input on PC?
As far as I know you can connect a Wiimote directly with a PC using bluetooth. So you're good to go.
Furthermore, you can use two small candles, i.e. tealights, to fake a sensor bar. *romantic wii-gaming engaged* -
