Thanks, that helped. I had just opened a few of the folders in the directory and found nothing and assumed the rest were empty, too.

I'm looking through the Launchbox directory and finding a bunch of empty folders. Where are the game images (box art, banners, etc.) stored?

I recently had to install Launchbox on a new computer and am importing my old games, but Launchbox isn't finding videos for games I am certain I had before. It finds metadata and images just fine, but no MP4 files show up. The premium license appears to be working, and I'm logged into EmuMovies. Is there something I've accidentally unchecked? As a sanity check, I tried searching the game seen in this video at 6:28, and that video file is not showing up for me.
