I know bit.ly does if we created an account, created the link and then bought the access to those statistics. YouTube has this somewhat built in into their Analytics, but only on our video's amd it used to be a lot better. So it would show what external website links to our video or has it embedded. You could also use Google Caching or the Google Spider to probably get some results, but all combined this would still potentially be very inaccurate.
