funkymoose
Hi alll, Hopefully i don't waffle and get to the point so someone can help out. I have a premium license and want to take advantage of the offer to upgrade to a permanent license for 30$ i think. Trouble is, since i bought Launchbox, i have been locked out of my gmail account and now have an Outlook one which i use permanently. No going back on the gmail one, google wont let me in so this is my dilemma. How do i change my license so i can upgrade? Many thanks,

funkymoose
Hi thanks for the reply and sorry for the slowness of mine :-) (Life is busy) Did you reply to my gmail account as that is the one i cant access hence my posting here. I can only access my outlook account now and nothing is showing in that. Please feel free to poke me with a stick if i am being stupid ;-)
Jason Carr
Sorry, Marc. Looks like I did. Go ahead and pay for the $30 upgrade via the site (just ignore the fact that you can't access the email). Then let me know here and I'll send you out a new forever license. :) Thanks!
funkymoose
Thanks Jason. Strangely i get this message appear when i try to upload my file. Should i be whooping with joy? If this was a big corporation i would be but since it is a small friendly community which i enjoy being part of then i will let you have a look and tell me what to do next :-)[Image Can Not Be Found]
Jason Carr
Hehehe, thanks Marc. Anyone who purchased a license any time before November 1st, 2015 already has a forever license. So I expect that you indeed already do have a forever license. :) Just wanted to give people plenty of notice and make 100% sure I wasn't going back on my word with anyone.
