airbikecop
WOW! I tried LaunchBox because I was having a hard time trying to setup Emulation Station on Windows and wanted to switch from GameEX (too flashy for what I want and kind of demanding on my system even though it is rather beefy) and this is a GREAT frontend and has everything I want. I got it working how I wanted with Retroarch (custom configs) in less than 30 minutes, and within an hour I bought a license. My suggestion kind of goes against the idea of LaunchBox, but it may be good for those with slower systems/limited on space. Anyway, I am just curious if a list view is planned - I don't want to download any media but if I could just have a list it would be PERFECT! Or if there is a way I can disable the default box art with the multicolored box, I would like to know. Thanks for an AWESOME product! Jason Carr
Thank you @airbikecop! :) Yes, a list view is definitely planned. There's a lot to do, so don't hold your breath too hard (just came out with the Big Box beta), but it is definitely planned for development. Thank you and welcome! airbikecop
I can live and wait. Doubt it would be too hard to implement - just a basic list is more than enough. I was glad and surprised how easily I was able to get this setup, within an hour I bought the premium license as a result - just set it to load my Retroarch Configs and bam I was set. I'm not low on space or CPU power for my machine by many means, but just makes it easier for me and others. Glad to see it is in progress!
