Playing DOS games on a HTPC takes a fair deal of customization to make playable with a controller and the different ways that the games register keypresses has made coming up with a master AHK... challenging.

DOS is very much a wild west. You can load custom conf files per game and have that pointing towards a custom mapper file. However, unless the game can handle your controller for the most part DOS games are best on a keyboard and mouse I believe.
