I have the same exact problem. Were you able to determine how to launch the game? I can launch them just fine through RetroArch but impossible to do so through Launchbox.Cry

Unless it's some wild bug (which rarely happens), it's a mismatched setting some where. Make sure to download the proper core, make sure the default command line parameter is set correctly, make sure the games are imported under the proper system, make sure that exact system name matched the Associated Platforms list (especially for RetroArch) so that LaunchBox knows to use the proper command line parameters.
