Display Roms by filename or part of it?

Basically I want to only display all games whose filenames have a (J), a (U) or (EU) in it so I can assign the correct region and set the custom tag "language". I already made a proposal on bitbucket, but then I thought that maybe this is already possible and I'm just to stupid to find this feature. Or maybe it's possible by editing the database outside of launchbox?

The ability to sort by region doesn't exist right now and has been suggested before. I think I prefer showing the languages more so then multiple consoles.

You can do this with the LaunchBox Annotator Tool that @mathflair has developed. It is a fantastic tool that can assign the region and language fields automatically from the file names, as well as a host of extra functions.
