scottvf Posted April 14, 2016 Author Posted April 14, 2016 When Using Big Box I have it launch when windows starts up. I have my games by genre Like (Adventure, Role Playing, Coleovision, Nintendo ect) But when it launches it shows by platform and I have to go and change it eveytime to genre. Is there a way to change the default from platform to genre on startup? Quote
scottvf Posted April 15, 2016 Author Posted April 15, 2016 Is there a way to edit some internal config file to have it launch with genre as default instead of platform? Quote
DOS76 Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 I was just poking around with this and don't see anyway to do it. You should start a BitBucket ticket and request that the feature be added. You can go up to feature requests on the top of the page and click that it will navigate you there. Once you make the ticket make sure you vote for it yourself (it bothers me when people don't vote for their own tickets). Then copy the tickets address and come back to this post and paste the link so other forum members can reach it with one click and vote for it if they think it is a good idea. Quote
scottvf Posted April 17, 2016 Author Posted April 17, 2016 Here's the link to vote on changing default startup view. https://bitbucket.org/jasondavidcarr/launchbox/issues/691/add-a-way-to-change-default-startup-view Quote
mattsoft Posted August 31, 2016 Posted August 31, 2016 This would be a nice addition -- I too only have 1 platform (Arcade) and would like it to go right into ALL GAMES on boot. Time to post a +1 on JIRA. Quote
