SentaiBrad
Some of the links also link to or reference other sites as well. http://biasedvideogamerblog.com/blog:n64-texture-enhancement-projects http://textures.emulation64.com/index.php?id=downloads http://www.racketboy.com/retro/nintendo/n64/enhance-n64-graphics-with-emulation-plugins-texture-packs http://www.emulation64.com/files/category/20/119/ http://www.emutalk.net/forums/110-N64-Textures There is also this: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-super-mario-64-hd-texture-pack-v1-1-2016-05-07 Not just texture packs for GameCube and Wii games, but the texture packs (even the existing ones can be applied apparently) to their Virtual Console release, and like that post said, Dolphin is superior. Emulation in emulation, ironic isn't it. That Texture Mod sub forum also leads to Texture mods for GameCube and Wii too.
