New Platform and RocketLauncher

I decided to add a new Platform and use the new "scarp as" feature so I added the NEC PC Engine, scarpped as Turbografx-16 and it all seemed ok. I eddied my Launchbox Retroarch settings in Launchbox and added the new system and command line for Rocketlauncher in Launchbox to start with the NEC PC Engine. Added the proper hyperspin database to my Databases folder in Launchbox as well. Started a game and it lunched Retroarch through Rocketlauncher with Turbografx settings. Weird! So I right clicked on a game in launchbox and clicked on open rocketlauncher and it it showing TurboGrafx-16. Why is that? Why wont it show NEC PC Engine which is the name of the system in RockLauncher, on the Hyperspin database and on the Retroarch command line in Launchbox? Nowhere in my settings for this system do I mention Turbografx-16, yet, launchbox is still telling Rocketlauncher to start the Turbografx.
