Deej Posted September 20, 2016 Share Posted September 20, 2016 I just purchased the Premium edition of Launch Box, and when it sent me the file to drag-and-drop into my Launch Box folder, the files saves as a 'Untitled' file. Just a blank, white icon file. Which is weird, because I looked into the Launch Box files and saw that my computer can obviously read XML because one file is already in there. What am I to do? Jason Carr Posted September 20, 2016 Share Posted September 20, 2016 Hi @Deej, thanks for the purchase! Some email clients might change the file name of the file. It should work to just rename the file to "License.xml" and place it in your LaunchBox folder. Or, you can use the Help > License Registration option in LaunchBox.
