You know that with Demul we get to emulate different Arcade boards.. so what is the best, nice and neat way to have it set up in Lb.. Once I read around here that adding Demul several times with different configs and names for each board... but that seems too messy So what do you say ? I believe it has to do with a certain setting in the options that can be changed with a command line, but I honestly can't remember what. I would say to treat it like RetroArch, using the associated platforms tab and making sure all the check boxes you need for demul are checked, but I recall there being a slight issue with this, hence needing multiple entries.
