7.1 Update to 7.3

Morning All

I just noticed that there is a version 7.3 and the version i have is 7.1 but i am not being prompted to update by lunchbox.

I have it checking in Options / Updates / Check for updates on startup but i dont receive a prompt

How can i check for updates manually ?
