Platform Videos Not Working

Hi, I have downloaded the platform videos but cant see where it put them and I cannot get them to show up at all. What am I doing wrong??

Have you tried to change the platforms view? Not every view supports platform videos. Go to your BigBox options -> Views and change the platform view to another one. Hope that helps.
