Britxcdn
Hey guys, I recently ported my install of launchbox to a new computer and copied the necessary files in the LaunchBox folder. LaunchBox itself opens just fine however as soon as I open BigBox, the splash screen appears and stays there forever and I get the following error. Version 7.6-beta-1 System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL 'xinput1_3.dll': The specified module could not be found. Jason Carr
Hi @Britxcdn, this just means that a DirectX library is missing. Just re-run the LaunchBox setup program on that machine and that should fix it. You can just install it to a different folder temporarily (or directly on top of your current folder should work fine too).
