I'm currently using fusion as a Genesis emu. Sometimes it works but most of the time not so much. When launching a game the screen goes black but in the bottom left corner it seems to be counting something...59.1...60..59....60 etc..any ideas?

Well the numbers I assume Is your framerate as they are all around 60.

No ...it's hit or miss

well if they are all the same ie zipped or unzipped' and some work some don't then I would say you have a bad pack' have you tried a different emu?

although I would recommend to unzip them all. you wont lose hardly any space anyway'

Thanks ..I'll try unzipping them first. If that doesn't solve the problem I'll try another emu.

its been a long time since I used fusion and cant remember if it likes zips or not. general rule of thumb though unzip always.

all your roms are probably .md which would be right mega drive that's what it was everywere except the usa.

What version of Fusion are you using? All my megadrive / genesis roms are zipped and I have no issues but will check what version I'm running when I get home.

I'd recommend moving on from Fusion to RetroArch Genesis Plus GX.
