yes i still have problems , when i first had the problem i thought somthing went wrong with my password so i reset it i can get into the website with my new password but not on launchbox

Try the emumovies sync app to test.  If that doesn't work submit a member support request over at emumovies and we will look at what's going on.  The issue was the complete authentication system was going offline.  It was an all or nothing kind of issue, so it wouldn't affect just a few people.
