RA Cheat Support Added

Hi guys, the latest nightlies of the Genesis Plus GX core now support cheats! To use this feature, update to the latest build of the core through the Online Updater in the RetroArch menu and download the cheat files using the same method.

Cheat support has now been added to RA SNES cores too, updates should appear in the nightlies in the coming days.
