Even still, if I was to select 'Box Art' and there was no box art, there shouldn't be a clear logo there. I can choose anything on 'Game Image Type' and it will still give me clear logos. Yep, that worked. I still don't understand how I can't change the images through BigBox options. But I'm happy for now.
