Help with higan v102 exit/close emulator?

So I have higan working very well with Launchbox.. except I can't exit/close the emulator with a hot key. Does anyone know a fix I've been trying all day.

Put the following code in the autohotkey script tab of the edit emulator window for your Higan entry.

$Esc::
{
    Process, Close, {{{StartupEXE}}}
}
