Solutions to Common Plugin errors

Problem: LaunchBox gives an error at the loading screen after installing a new Plugin in Launchbox.   

Solution: Go into the properties of each .dll file in the plugin's folder and click "unblock" in the General tab.

I'm running Big Box on windows 7 and in all the plugins there is no unblock option.   Inevitably it comes up with errors.  Is there a way around this? Thank you!

I had to unblock it while it was still zipped.  It has the "unblock" box.
