Whenever I setup a startup video for bigbox it just waits, doesn't play the video then loads up like normal without playing the video. Any suggestions?

I renamed it startup.mp4 and put it in the correct folder but nothing seems to be starting up...... vlc works fine to play regular movies once im in bigbox.

 

I'm tearing my hair out....

Any suggestiuons?

I use k-lite standard codec pack and wmp works great

Hi @budbudderk, does it show the Big Box logo splash screen on startup?

hi there,i seem to be having the same issue.i have tried dissabling the splash screen on startup-still not loading the intro.

fixed. i renamed the vid file to startup,instead of startup.mp4
