Need Help Mounting Multiple CDs In DOSbox

I have been using D-fend Reloaded for my DOSBox games, which works great. But for convenience I would like to start using Launchbox so all my games can be launched with one program. When installing multi-cd games using D-fend you can load all images for a game into D-fends wizard and once the game is installed DOSBox will automatically load the next disk image when prompted by the game. Is their a way to set DOSBox up to do this through the Launchbox import wizard? If so, could somebody please give me instructions on how to do it that would be great. I saw on the pinned DOSBox thread how to do it with floppies but not cds. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
